iOS 5 Feature that Apple never announced!

There's a few new features that were left out in the announcements, which were smart to be left out considering their lack of importance. That said, there's one feature that shouldn't have been left out.

Lifehacker has gone on about certain text expansion apps for Windows, Mac, the iOS, and even android. Though in iOS 5, there's no reason for one. Under Settings.app>General>Keyboard, you can create "shortcuts". 

Whenever a shortcut is typed, they will be replaced in the form of AutoCorrect

If I type omw, it will be replaced with On my way!
