Today Google's pushed out an update for Google Drive on Android and the changelog is as follows:

- Edit Google spreadsheets in a new native editor
- Formatting is maintained when copy/pasting within Google Docs
- Single tap to enter edit mode in the Google Docs editor
- Shortcuts for Drive folders/files on the home screen for quick access
- Edit contents of tables in the Google Docs editor
- Send Link now supports copying to clipboard
