Since before iOS 5, redsn0w has featured the option to activate battery percentage on the iPod Touch. However, for a while now, the feature just hasn't been functional.
Thanks to SBSettings, battery percentage is now activatable, once again!
Instructions:
1. Go to Cydia>Search and type in SBSettings, install the App
2. Once done, go to SBSettings>System Settings(or options) and tap the On/Off slider to activate "Numerical Percentage" or something along the lines of that.
That's it! If you want, you can uninstall SBSettings after this is done, the battery percentage will remain active.
