Google has begun to roll out the Android 4.2 JellyBean (Part deux) update to Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 devices.
You can download the .tgz files required to update for the Wifi and Cellular versions for the Nexus 7 as well as the Galaxy Nexus (GSM/HSPA+ only) "takju" version here. We assume that the yakju version will be available soon.
You might wonder what the difference between Takju and Yakju are. One has Google Wallet (takju) and the other does not. If you're going to be flashing the Factory image yourself, it shouldn't matter which one you take so theoretically, all devices should be able to update with takju.
